Item was as expected except minor cosmetic defect on hinge side. Not bothered by it as the purpose of this item is to turn it into a keychain which will get beat up anyway. Plus the price was so low, it's tough to complain. Hinge was easy to open, metal seems substantial and glass seems to be sturdy enough. Overall happy.

This locket failed. It opens too easily and I almost lost my stones I put inside. Wouldn't recommend buying it!
