Excellent for cleaning about 90% of the length of the 'heated hose'. The stiffness of the wire is a reasonable compromise between flexibility to maneuver through the hose vs. stiffness to avoid bunching up. However, the wire should be a few inches longer to reach the far end of the hose. And/or if the "far end" (the end that connects to the AirSense machine) were straight rather than at a 90 degree angle, so as to allow the brush to be inserted from either end.

I bought this to clean a water drain tube on our homes heat recovery ventilator. It works perfectly at scrubbing the tubing out.

I have a Resmed AirSense 10. My first time using. This brush works perfectly. It's a bit tricky and unwieldy but once mastered it cleans the hose very well and is the perfect size.

First this cleaning brush is little bit short for my CPAP Tube. Secondly this brush is too stiff it’s a bit struggle to push in & pull out. Be very careful when using it you may damage ur Tubing.

Have been looking for a product like this. The first brush they sent out, I had to return, due to the bristles on the brush were squashed. Although they slide the brush into a "crush-proof" tube, the bristles still arrived squashed. The exchange brush was good, and works perfectly in scrubbing out my cpap hoses. The only thing I'd change is the length of the "cable". IMO, it's actually too long. You need length of course to get to the entire hose, but this cable is a little difficult to work with because of the stiffness(which I understand, has to be stiff). I've learned how to manage it when using it, but a shorter cable would make it easier to manipulate while using it. Storing it was accomplished by hanging 3 types of stick up hooks, vertically, and hanging it up vertically. You don't want to have to tie-wrap the cable every time you're done using it, as it has a lot of tension in it, which it needs of course.😁

This product is as described. It is very sturdy with a firm but flexible wire that reaches all the way through the CPAP hose. The brissles fit tight through the hose for cleaning. The handle is made from sturdy plastic and easy to hold. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating and not a 5 is because it will not go through the end of the hose. It does not flex through the end that attaches to the machine due to the sharp angle. I have to use a different brush to access that side of the hose end. All in all, I am happy with the product and feel my hose is much cleaner.
