Item as described, problems with shipping....first order returned by carrier....second order box was still damaged and protective cap was broken, but item was able to be used

I do not recommend this housing filter. I trusted this product based on reviews. We installed this housing on a customer just for the item to be damaged and leaking just a couple days later. We immediately changed it to a pentair and I called for a refund because the exchange was out of the question. The manufacturer received the item and to no fault of my own I get charged a "damage fee" of $7.41 because the item was damaged. Someone explain that to me? I installed a brand new housing, it leaked, I returned it because it was still under warranty and I don't get a full refund.I will never purchase an item from this company ever again.Theres a saying in spanish. Lo batato te sale Caro. And it's very true. Never again. Thumbs down ๐Ÿ‘Ž
