Hard shelled ones are good for anxiety and autism. I pop mine all day some days. I like my one non-hard shelled one but too loud for fiancee to handle popping all day.

Cheap. My kid is pretty in to pop it’s and these are the worse ones she’s ever bought. Very thin and don’t actually make any sound at all .

I was a bit skeptical at first, but my 13 year old son, who is on the spectrum, often uses this toy when he's feeling overwhelmed or bored. These fidget toys truly help as a stress reliever.I often find myself mindlessly playing with it when I'm on the phone or dealing with a stressful situation.They're great to leave out in the living room, almost everyone finds themselves playing with one of these at some point. They're very popular.
