I'm fairly new in my pregnancy but this pillow has definitely helped with the back pain. However, it is definitely not as thick and fluffy as the advertised picture. I'd still recommend it to others, but keep in mind you won't get what's exactly in the photo.

The material on this is so comfortable and cool to the touch. I used it from the 14 week mark of my pregnancy and now my LO is 2 months old and I still need it to sleep! The cover does move around a lot but I really never slept better in my pregnancy than with this pillow. Not too firm but that’s what I was looking for. Really easy to remove the cover and wash it when it’s time! I will recommend this to everyone

Comfy, should've bought it a long time ago. I'm not pregnant but I had back surgery so this helps tons.

So comfy and does have a cooling action to it. I do wish this was more full than it is as it's not as thick on the sides as it looks in the photo. Also, this did cause me neck pain when I woke after a couple mornings of use. At the same time it still does provide support and cooling which I appreciate.
