I wear this every day holding a Motorola APX 2000 P25 portable radio with external mike (probably a couple of lbs total)....up to 14hrs some days. The harness keeps the radio out of the way better than a belt clip (I work in EMS, so I'm standing, squatting, kneeling, etc.), keeps the radio controls within easy reach, and is comfortable enough that I kinda forget I'm wearing it in the first place.The strap adjustments have loosened up on their own one or twice in the 2 weeks I've had it, but it only takes a quick adjustment to fix it....definitely not a deal-breaker when all of the +'s are taken into consideration!
