Rayson TD1202R Wire Binding Machine

Rayson was established in 2003, a traditional office & schoool goods manufacturer, specilized in design, production, and sales. We not only make sure our binding machine perform to the excellent standard but we also provide different binding supplies to fulfill multi-purpose usage in office and school.

The TD1202R wire binding machine is made of durable metal construction, which is a traditional and perfect machine for punching or binding documents, reports or presentations. It works with any 3:1 pitch accessories, such as 3:1 pitch coil binding spines, 3:1 pitch click binding spines or 3:1 pitch wire-o binding ring, great for multi-scenarios.

This machine punches up to 12 sheets and binds up to 120 sheets (75g paper) at a time. It can also punch PVC/PP or leather-grain for covering documents. But please note the machine is available for Max. punching 2 pieces of PVC/PP cover (0.2mm) or leather-grain paper(230g) at a time, do not exceed the limit.

  • To avoid staining on the important document, please use oiled removing paper(enclosed) to punch firstly in order to clean up the blades( Rayson's binding machine comes with oiled cutting blade for protecting the punch die away from rusting. )

Operation 1 - Punching

Set the paper margin adjustment as you need.

Turn the knob clockwise until the white mark align with punching line(white).

Set the side guide according to your paper size.

Max. suitable for Letter Size (32 holes),

insert and punch

Insert papers or binding covers until reaching the margin of board. Then pull handle downward to finish punching.

Load 3:1 wire binding spine the perforated paper on the metal teeth.

Load a 3:1 wire binding spine on the metal comb system. Place the perforated paper on the wire spine to keep them stacked.

Then get them to cling the binding metal.

make sure the wire binding spine both ends reached punching metal.

Press the spine lightly to make sure both ends reaching the metal.

Switch knob to match your wire binding spine size. Pull the handle downward to finish binding.

I have a hard time finding just the right planner for my work, volunteer and personal needs. This helps me to make my very customized planner they way I want. The holes allow me to use spiral binding so my planner takes up less space on my desk instead of all spread out. Makes me look more professional in meetings. I would buy again!

This cuts 32 round holes on standard 8-1/2" x 11" inch paper. I really like the round holes versus the little oblong or square holes.It has 3 or 4 adjustments on how close to the edge of the paper it cuts the holes. I love that feature. It says it can cut 12 sheets of 20# test paper, but I think that is more likely 5 or maybe 6 sheets at a time.I use 24# test paper as I like the paper to be a bit sturdier and can only cut 4 sheets at a time. If I try more, the machine struggles. It doesn't seem to close up the wire spines as it should, and kind of makes a mess of the spines. So I use the Pro Click style spines and those are perfect and close up by hand easily.Be sure to empty the try with the hole cut-outs often as if it gets full, it impedes the hole cutting of the paper. And, every few cuts, tighten the knob at the left side of the machine that holds the 'arm' on. It gets loose quite often. Other than that, I'd probably buy this again.
