I love this cap for cold water swimming. I think my head is a normal size, with short hair. The XL size fits nicely. My hair does get wet but it is so warm and comfortable compared to headache-inducing silicon caps.

Major issue when it fills up with air as you ascend. This causes masks to pull off your face and fill with water.
