This is the best way I've found to date to store my receipts and bills. It's an attractive little binder that I can keep on my desk or on a bookshelf, so it's always close to hand. The transparent sleeves are the perfect size for receipts, and the ring binder system makes it easy to flip through if I'm looking for something specific â this is a lot more convenient that the accordion folder I was using before this. I added adhesive tabs to create categories: these weren't included, but are readily available anywhere. I highly recommend this, it's a simple hack that makes storing your small paperwork a lot more pleasant.

Thermal receipts are so fragile and it seems they just keep getting worse. I've had some that I can't read after a week which makes it difficult if you need to return something. Keeping a receipt in your wallet doesn't help as they get bunched up and heat ruins them. This receipt holder/organizer addresses those issues by protecting your receipts while keeping them organized. It has 60 clear plastic pockets so you can see the receipt without pulling it out. The pockets are thin so they sort of stick together. The one thing that would have really made this better was if the pages were double sided. You could always put a second receipt facing the other way in the pocket but having a double sided pocket would have been better. The clasp on the front is magnetic and holds the binder shut. Overall it is a very neat idea.

This organizer has made keeping track of receipts and tickets way easier. The pockets are clear, and you can easily flip through to find what you need. The sturdy cover feels good in hand, and the magnetic clasp keeps everything secure. However, it would be better if the pockets were double-sided. I often need more space, and adding extra sleeves isnât easy. Still, it does the job well enough for everyday use.

Every year, for tax purposes, I have to collect a bunch of receipts and if you're someone who also does this, you'll know how annoying it can get having to store a BUNCH of receipts in an organized fashion. Because they come in all kinds of shapes and sizes, it's difficult to keep them in a neat pile, let alone find one that you might need to specifically revisit. This is where an organizer like this comes in. It's basically a 20-ringed binder with a nice fabric cover to it.Here are some things I liked, and some I didn't:==[PROS]==âȘ The "binder" for receipts is actually well made. The outside has a good fabric lining that feels good to the touch, while the inside is lined with vinyl. The stitching (whether functional or purely aesthetic) is done adequately enough to keep it feeling sturdy overall.âȘ While the buckle to keep the binder closed is only done magnetically, when trying to pry it open, it keeps itself shut which instills the confidence that it'll stay closed.âȘ Inside contains 60 clear sleeves for all kinds of receipts. Each sleeve's usable pocket (inner) area measures 10.5cm x 21.7cm, although this with some overhead in mind, this will only allow you to fit a 10cm x 20.5cm comfortably.âȘ This organizer has the versatility of allowing you to store not just receipts, but cash, cheques, and/or tickets also.âȘ With a sleeve design, you can not only view each receipt without having to take it out every time, but you can also move each receipt (or multiples in a single sleeve) around to wherever they need to be without having to go through each one individually. It's an obvious, but a clever system nonetheless.âȘ There is about 3.5cm worth of empty space in between the edge of the sleeves and the edge of the binder, meaning you could put something like Post-It's TABS to index and label each sleeves or sections.==[CONS]==âȘ The biggest 'con' has to be the fact that these sleeves are single-sided. It means regardless of how thick each sleeves can get, you can only organize 1 type of receipts per sleeve. It doesn't "kill" the functionality as it stands, but having it double-sided would've certainly brought more functionality to this.âȘ Speaking of sleeves, the 8.5in. x 4 and 1/8 in., 20-ringed, clear plastic binder sleeves are so proprietary that I feel it'll make it tough to search for more should you destroy or lose some. I feel the only way to get more sleeves will be by buying the entire product again (with the binder) and that seems like a waste of money to me.âȘ If you have a lot of receipts that come in the sizes of paper like Letter, A4, Legal, etc., then you will have to shop elsewhere because this doesn't even fit those types of sheets without having to fold them both vertically and horizontally at least twice.
