Initial Setup: Download App & Plug in the Camera
Via Network Cable
Connect the camera to a router with a network cable. Follow in-app instructions to configure the WiFi network. Remove the network cable from the camera and it's all done.
Via 2.4G/5GHz WiFi
Scan the QR code on the camera with Reolink App. Follow in-app instructions and scan the QR code on the App with the camera lens. Please turn to the first method if the wireless connection fails.

Camera is good but the app for android is pretty bad, all motion detection settings doesn't seems to change anything..i get many notifications even if it's out of schedule time, in zone of no detection set and size of human or animals chosen. It definitely bugged big time...i had to deactivate motion detection alarm and email otherwise its annoying (adding a button to do both would be highly appreciate..i will have to pay for blue iris app or wait for Reolink to update his bugging app..edit: seller offered me full refund which is imo very professional and highly appreciate the offer, but like i said camera is very good and i keep it i just think the app deserve more love or at least deactivate options that doesnt seems to work at the moment.You have a great product in your hands polish it with your app and i will give 5 stars, at the moment just because you offered me a full refund i i revised my note to 4 out of five stars.I hope to see an update soon, and i wish a nice day to your team!

This little camera works really well and was very easy to install and use. I lived in an apartment and my dog would be there alone while I was at work or out so it was nice to be able to just check in on him any time. The camera gives you the option of the picture quality; it goes from somewhat grainy to very clear. You can record the video if you have something to save it to. You can also talk through using the app. That can be fun for you and creepy to an unsuspecting bystander.

I bought two of these for the house. Easy set up, picture resolution is excellent. The motion sensitive camera follows you around. Very pleased with this purchase.

Pros:-Easily mountable on the ceiling-Quick and simple set-up process-Dependable wureless connection (has not lost wireless connection)-Great FOV-Low latency when moving the PTZ remotely-Tracking feature works well-Picking a default position to return to after a set time of no movement detected-User friendly App-Great infrared performance-Can be connected to Reolink NVR via Ethernet cable (also seems possible wirelessly according to their website but I haven’t tried)Cons:-Need to buy a SD card to have playback, but still fairly cheap and expected

I have the E! Pro hooked up to the Blue Iris software and it works fine. The picture is very clear and the motorized pan & Tilt work well. I did have a little trouble getting it working with Blue Iris as the camera does not support Http port 80. It does support RTST protocol. Also I cannot find any way to change the network setup parameters like the IP address. However it still works great for the price and I would consider buying it again.

This is a fine little unit except for two flaws.The first flaw is when you try to set it up on PC you cannot copy and paste the passcode you have to type it in which was hard to figure was the problem because it acts like you are fine pasting it because the enter button actuates.The second flaw is with the unit itself; it just cannot handle outdoor scenes if there is much snow; it just cannot handle bright days even if you turn down the exposure; it is just too sensitive to brightness and you get a washed out view where you can see pretty much nothing.Other than that it's a pretty slick little unit but if you want it for outside and you live in the north where it snows get something else.

I recently purchased three Reolink E1 Pro monitors to keep an eye on a family member who recently had some health issues. I am extremely impressed, satisfied and so happy that I selected this product. The product arrived in perfect shape. The setup of each monitor was extremely easy. The phone app was easy to find and install on my Android phone. Voice prompts from the monitor and also the app guided me through the whole process quickly and easily. Setup was a breeze and had me monitoring in just a few minutes.. The phone app is very easy to use, which is another huge asset in using this product. I set up one monitor in the living room, kitchen-dining room area, and bedroom. I can view each room separately or I can monitor all three rooms at once. Monitoring during daytime or evening is easy due to the great resolution of the monitor. I can also turn on the sound and hear all communication going on in a room. The Reolink monitor also allows me to return communication (two-way). There have been a few instances where my family member has said my communication was a bit garbled, but that may be due to user error on my part by being too close to my phone when speaking. Most times communication from my end is heard well. There is a second or 2 delay in receiving my voice communication but I am heard and can hear the family member extremely well. Also the monitor has amazing room surveillance coverage in that I am able to remotely move the monitor so that I can see all parts of a room from ceiling to floor and left to right. Technology is amazing!!! This product has given me a sense of well-being when I can't be with my family member in person. It also has given my family member a sense of safety and well-being in that they dont feel alone. Whether this device would be used for baby monitoring, covid monitoring, the elderly monitoring, security or any other needed reason for monitoring, I highly highly recommend this product. You get a lot of bang for your buck along with a huge sense of relief in being able to oversee any situation clearly without actually being in the room. This is a great product that I highly recommend. I am beyond satisfied with my purchase.

Great video quality, good zoom, fairly easy setup.The biggest negative is that it does not angle low enough. If you have it sitting upright (as opposed to hanging from the ceiling), such as on a pole or a shelf, then the most downward angle you can point it is MAYBE 45 degrees, which means there is a huge blind spot around the base of it. For example, if it is sitting upright about 6 feet off the ground on a pole. There is probably about a 6 foot diameter blind spot underneath it.There are 3 quality settings, so you can lower data consumption while on mobile data. Even the low quality is good enough.The mechanical turning is really cool, and spins maybe 320 degrees. It's frustrating because there is a delay from the app to the camera, so you keep over shooting where you're trying to aim. Even the touchscreen toggle to move it on the phone seems to have a delay, you need to hold it for 0.5 seconds or else it doesn't register. I feel like this could be fixed via software.The night vision is very good even at 20 feet or so.The power cord could be longer, but should work for most locations around a house. It looks like it's about 8 feet.After leaving it unplugged for a while I had to do a hard reset, as it wouldn't connect to my router again.Talking and listening through it is about as expected, 1 second delay, and medium quality, but great function for pets.

I would say it is a good one, don't expect a high-end quality but it is great for its price and if you need a cam to use internally to monitor your pet or nanny etc.. that is the best i could find for its price range. It does work on 5G wifi which is great, most of the cams out there they will only work on 2.4G which is a big limitation. Clear night vision and good resolution during the day. You can remotely turn the camera left or right, up or down.They have a good app with lots of settings you can play with, i wouldn't say the most friendly interface but you'll figure it out after few minutes.On occasions, i cannot connect to the stream without knowing why, it just says connection failed but then it works after couple of minutes.There is a one second delay though for voice and video but not a big deal.I would recommend this camera if you are looking for a budget friendly 5G wifi capable camera with remote controls for interior use.Update: I judged too soon, the cam is unreliable and drop the wifi most of the time. It started by doing that very few times but now it is almost everytime. I tried their support but after chatting for 20 min all what we did is push the reset button and setup again, which of course did NOT solve the issue.I will be returning it soon and getting something else..
