At first, the build quality seemed like it would be a good product.Used the one headset for 4 shift and the speaker stopped working. Mic still worked, but could not hear anything. Tried another headset and this time the mic stopped working and was coming out all distorted on the other end.The rubber ear buds are kinda hard and dont really feel nice in your ear.Don't waste your money, find a different supplier.

Arrived in a timely fashion. PTT button is very tactile and so far mic and speaker offer loud and clear transmissions. My security team works in a very loud environment and these work pretty well for our needs. Cable is a little long for my personal preference but offers more variations on setup, does not affect performance just don't like loose wires. Very easy to clean and disassemble. For anyone who works in a fast passed environment and utilizes 2 way radios I would recommend these, can't go wrong with 5 and free shipping per order.
