Absolutely trash walkie talkies, they break, they turn off randomly, the quality is horrible, ear pieces are also horrible, I use them in a work setting and I mean it from the bottom of my heart when I say that there is not a single person that likes these. We’re switching to another brand and I’ll never buy again. Buttons were falling out and I’ve only had them for a month

Durability is horrible. Started to use them on Nov 7th and 2 of them broke within a week and there is no warranty.Avoid and save your money.

Volume control, should be as a know that turns, also =we need more chargers, the double headed charger does not go well when the radios are going to different locations

Bought these for our staff for a convenience store gas station. They are awesome and the price is right. One of the ear phones didn’t work and they sent a new one quickly. Very impressed. Highly recommend them over the more expensive commercial brands you are seeing. We looked into those first and decided we weren’t paying that for communication between employees. These are made well and are doing the job just fine.
