Je branche un écouteur après le rétréviste et pour quand je l'enlève il ne fonctionne plus je sais pas pourquoi je dois toujours garder les écouteurs oreillette pour qu'il fonctionne

I'm abit confused and honestly upset and feel taken advantage of. I asked in a question for this item if it would fit my work radio a Motorola ht1250'ls. I was told that it would from the manufacturer and so I purchased it. Not only was it not compatible it didn't even have enough pins nor did it have the length. A complete waste of time and was embarrassed in front of my co workers. I am not happy at all. Going to get a refund asap
