Great radios. Once I got the programming cable C9018A and software from Retevis' website, it was straight forward to program in channels with my required Tx and Rx frequencies. Had slight issue with accessing certain functions of radio but was quickly resolved with customer support.

Honestly for the price didn’t know what I did get. What I got was an amazing radio and I buy it again. Good range, very clear if your not sure what radio, take a chance on these I paid $60 for them on sale

Excellent radios, good souns quality, high power, simple to use once setup, it does take some knowledge of basic walkie programming, even easier if you figure out CHiRP.
