Returned it the day that it was received, as it was useless. I've used a few different variations of this type of earpiece in the past, so I know how they're supposed to work, but this was absolutely terrible.I've no idea if this was just from a faulty batch but the audio quality was terrible, and even when I tried to listed to regular FM radio through it, the performance was so poor, I could hardly recognize well know tunes.Thankfully I've replaced it with something that actually works and though this was my first ever amazon return, the process was quick and easy.

Received the headset super fast and it works better then I had hoped. Using it for game day activities for our local hockey team, and the noise of the fans is no issue with this earpiece.

Good quality and the size over the ear can be cut to size. My wife has small ears and was to big for her but I was able to cut it and she is super happy with it…

Decent set up for cheap. The cord is long so you can run it from your hip to ear no problem.

I bought this to use for a comms system while off roading. I ride a motorcycle and have absolutely zero communications with the jeeps and other vehicles in my group when out in the desert, they all have radios to talk to each other but being the only bike i cant easily mount a radio system on the bike. so i bought this earpiece to plug into a hand held radio i can carry in my pocket and at least be able to hear the rest of the group incase of an emergency. being the only bike i ride ahead of the group and scout the rout ahead. wearing this earpiece while having a helmet on isnt the most comfortable thing but thats not how it was intended to be used. That being said, it works awesome. At 70mph in a desert wash I can hear the rest of the group talking and the audio is just as clear as it would be over the speaker of the radio in the jeeps. The cord has 2 clips so you can attach it to your shirt/jacket 1 designed for the ear piece and one for the mic. however, the locations of them could be better or they could be adjustable which they're not, but still work well. The mic is actually really good and works great for my situation.i have it clipped to my riding jacket collar and even though Im on a motorcycle and wearing a helmet and my glove covers most of the mic when pushing the push to talk button the group can hear me. i have now done almost 500 miles through the desert and its still holding up just as it came out of the box. The only thing i dont like is the cord and thats most likely because im not using it as it was actually intended. 100% worth every penny.

It works. Seems to be well-made, and a very functional design. Transmit audio is fine. Receive audio is not hi-fidelity, but OK communications quality I also have a speaker-mike for my radio, but there are two situations where this headset is much better: 1) a very noisy environment where you could miss a call, and 2) a conference room/operations center situation where you don't want your calls to annoy everyone in the room..Speaking of annoying, there is a loud click in your ear at the beginning of every call. This seems to be a function of the Baofeng radio, not the headset. Turning down the volume doesn't affect the click at all. It is tolerable, but just so you know . . .
