Very simple design. It's just plastic so don't expect anything elegant, but it works very well and was a great price. Very easy to assemble then just hang it from the top of your unit. The shipping was also pretty quick considering it came from China. I think shipping was about 10-15 days, not bad. The plastic isn't the super tough kind but this thing just hangs from your ductless unit, it wasn't made for anything special. Don't go bashing into it trying to get to the kitchen in the middle of the night b/c you will probably break it.
