I didn't catch that this was inverted in its design. It keeps sliding up my mouth piece as I tighten it. Its not ideal.

This product just slipped off the Yamaha student mouthpiece when tightening the screw. It fitted well with the tutors clarinet mouthpiece but she was alsonunable to fit it to the student mouthpiece. This would have been useful to know. Otherwise a good product .

The piece is of no use. It is not made for the specifications of a Bb clarinet. Will not stay in place.

Good quality but the excess plating leaves it to slip away from it’s grip. Otherwise it’s fine tone is perfect.

I bought this ligature for my student-grade Bb clarinet while also upgrading my mouthpiece and barrel. It does the job, but there's no sound improvement over a standard ligature. The main benefit of the inverted ligature is supposed to be less restriction on the reed's vibration, but you have to tighten this ligature a lot to prevent the reed from slipping. You'd be better off spending an additional $25 on a better mouthpiece.

Apparently mine came in with the box almost opened and the rubber/plastic mouthpiece cap has lint of dust on it. Not sure if anyone else has got it like this but this is definitely not good.

J,ai reçu cette ligature 2 jours avant la livraison prévue. J'ai pu l'essayer ce weekend. C'est très bien, la anche est bien tenue, et le son rendu est bien meilleur qu'avec mon ancienne. Ligature standard. Un son fluide et facile a jouer. La anche vibre beaucoup mieux semble t'il. Surtout que la ligature va parfaitement sur mon bec métal berg larsen 110., belle surprise. Si vous cherchez une ligature de bonne qualité sans payer trop cher, n'hésitez pas! Mais un petit bémol elle semble fragile très fine a voir dans la durée.
