Not too expensive. Love this strength on my clarinet. Good for adult players. Not sure the strength is good for children players.Easy to use. And handy not having to travel to music store. I love this strength for myself. Perfect sound.

These are a softer 2.5 than the Vandoren, so very easy to use for beginners; downside is they are less sonorous and a bit flimsier. But all things considered, if you're just starting out on the clarinet these will likely lessen the frustration occasioned by the hisses and squeaks that inevitably come with a far from perfect embouchure. Recommended.
