I ordered a size S.I am a 34B and there is considerable amount of additional room in the chest area, making it look slightly awkward and I constantly have to adjust.On a positive note, I did NOT return this item because the fabric is incredibly soft and comfortable, the length of the shirt is nice and easily tucked into dress pants, and it is a true black colour.
