Easy to use and does stretch my cowboy boots. It really helps with my boots. The product is as described, easy to use, with multiple “buttons” you can add buttons to stretch tight areas. It's an excellent shoe stretcher.

Got these in and had some high hopes that they would do the job. Much to my dissatisfaction they fail to perform as prescribed. They kept slipping backward toward the rear of the shoe and the riser that was suppose to stretch the instep kept falling on on making for an impossible stretch on the boot instep. Returning them.

EASY directions. The the bunion and callus pins don't stay in holes. The knuckle takes alot of skill to turn.
