The product is fine but cost too much for returning, about half of the item's price. I bought this as my son's birthday present but that is not exactly the one he wanted, I thought I could return and get the right one.

I bought the black and white keyboard for singing practice. It's more than adequate for practicing scales or for pounding out the tune on a single key. The keys are full sized, so no problem for adult-sized fingers. My choir director thought it would be a good tool for those who don't have room or money for a full-sized keyboard or piano. But it is not for playing music on where you would be playing multiple keys at the same time. I don't think the electronics can handle more than two or three keys struck at the same time. For the piano voice, middle C is not in the middle of the keyboard. There is only one octave below middle C and three octaves above. The top octave is pretty useless for most singers. However, some of the other instrument voices (I forget which ones) shift the scale down by one octave so middle C is in the middle of the keyboard (two octaves below and two above). What I don't like is the touch sensitivity; often when I strike a key it sounds two or even three times. Also, the power plug is a custom plug rather than just using a USB C plug, so if you lose the power cord you will be stuck with batteries only. Finally, the "instructions" are pretty much indecipherable and I haven't been able to figure out how some of the extra functions are supposed to work, so I can't comment on the Lesson or Record modes.Overall, satisfactory for the price.

It’s better than I expected. Not bad at all considering the convenience and the price. Recommended

my primary use for this keyboard has been for travel. It is the best thing for quick warm-ups in hotel rooms (I'm a singer) or learning new music while I'm away from home. For me physically it's better than a keyboard app, because the spacing is similar enough to play phrases without hunching over a phone or ipad. This keyboard is extremely portable, though I take the batteries out when in transit. It can be very easily turned on if the batteries are left in and makes an extraordinary amount of continuous noise if buttons are pressed. In a bind, I have used this for teaching online voice lessons, though I don't recommend it for use in a formal or professional setting. The metronome, volume adjustment and percussion options are all very useful as well.

This keyboard is not designed for traveling performance or, really, for any multi note playing. Its fine for what I need, and I knew what I was buying. I am a voice teacher and I can whip it out of my purse to play a note or chord, warm up my singer, or plunk out her melody line. I absolutely CANNOT accompany a singer on this keyboard. Aside from the fact it only has 49 keys, if you try to play any kind of multi-note passes it can't handle it and the chord goes nuts. it gives multiple strikes of the same note, plays the note above or below, adds random notes you're not playing, etc. As previously stated, it's not designed for this. That said, it works perfectly for my purposes. 3 stars because I know others will be extremely disappointed with the glitches if they buy this hoping to actually making music.
