We are still in the process of installing this shower head. We bought 2 at the same time and haven't installed either yet as we're still in the process of finishing the showers.Pros: The quality of the parts looks excellent and we're looking forward to being able to use the shower when it is finished.Cons:1. The diagram that shows the various dimensions is not accurate and we relied on it to install blocking to support both the faucet controls and the rainhead pipe. When we double-checked with the actual parts before tiling, we found that the blocking for the rainhead pipe was too high and the tie-back would have just caught the edge of the blocking. We had to remove the kerdiboard and adjust the blocking. Fortunately, we double-checked before tiling! See photos.2. The length of the bend angle adapter is not long enough to allow for the thickness of wall tile that we had. When you tighten the nut to attach the water regulator, the threaded pipe cover doesn't leave enough room for tile. It was really too narrow for almost any wall tile but would probably work if you just have a shower liner, not tile. See photos.We have had difficulty sourcing the correct length of replacement adapter. No local (Canadian) plumbing stores even carried that sort of adapter. We were able to find longer adapters on Amazon and are awaiting their arrival.

This shower kit is perfect, very well build, sturdy. I use it for external shower, it's perfect. Easy to set, easy to plug and very good looking ! Temperature is easy to set. Don't hesitate, worth every expensive names ...

Just installed this in a new bathroom and discovered a loud noise when turning on the shower head.The company sent me a replacement and it worked fine after replacing the shower head. I think there was a small part in the shower head that was causing some vibrarion and noise due to high water pressure.

This is not the best quality product out there. But, it looks quite good and clean. I was able to install it within 30 minutes, because, I already had the hot/cold water outlets coming out of my wall in the exact same location. Water pressure is good. Handheld wand is designed well, as you can manipulate it anywhere in any position on the bar. The instructions were terrible. I contacted the manufacturer for more clarity. Never got an answer. Make sure you plan well before starting, as you will be making a lot of the installation decisions on your own. You must have hot/cold water outlets coming out of your wall about your waste/chest level. If you have an older style shower head (where everything is behind the wall), this is NOT for you. I've had this on for about 3 months. Working well. No leaks yet.

We love this product so much we just ordered a second one. All the parts of this system are all well made. They fit together perfectly, the hose for the handset is very flexible and the pressure & temperature control works very well. The installation was in a home with a stand alone water system (pump & cistern) and we are amazed at how consistent the pressure is and that it holds the water at a constant temperature.38 C is a little warm for my parents, but you can adjust the temp as you like.On the less fun side - the offset connectors and lack of instructions or template presented a challenge. We were installing this in a utile shower surround so it took some calculations to determine where and how large to cut the holes in the shower wall and to determine how far apart to place the supply lines so that the taps would end up level and the holes covered! If you are tiling your shower walls after you install the shower, it would be much easier.I do recommend this product!
