This snap ring pliers set contains with 4 interchangeable jaw heads, are design for installing or removing internal and exteral retaining clips. The C clips pliers tool is made of high carbon steel with black finishing to resist rust and corrosion, which can do the job well and features a long service life.
Tips:
To change jaw type, simply unlock silver spring in the middle of the handle head and remove current jaw type;
Align chosen jaw to handle using the pivot points on either side of the handle head and insert locking head;
Use the silver clip to lock the tip in place for a secure hold

Removeable parts are not properly fitting hence using this tool could be hazardous and unsafe.Locking system is loose and at times came off while applying pressure.I returned the product and got full value refund.

The idea of interchangeable tips are great, execution was poorly. The tips won’t stay in place and keeps popping out. Very frustrating. I’ve manage to make it work but took me 5x longer. I don’t recommend not even for the hobbyist.

It was not up for the job with its pin-spring-retaining construction. I had to replace pin-spring with a nut and bolt to make it usable. Not quite worth the money.

This was exactly what I needed to complete a job I thought I wouldn't be able to. Value for the money is excellent. Not sure how many times I will need these again but if my kitchen aid mixer requires another worm gear replacement....I'm prepared!!
