This product works extremely well if you follow directions and PREP! Make sure your base material is appropriate (no tile!) and PREP your surface!!! I applied this on my 90’s acrylic shower insert after I sadly discovered I couldn’t afford a remodel. It’s holding up extremely well after two years! It’s so easy to clean; I don’t even want tile anymore since grout gets gross. Not this paint! I just wipe it down every now and then and it still looks new. The paint is runny, so many thin applications is best. And wait until it’s dry to touch (not just tacky) before applying the next coat. I think the folks who had peeling may not have prepped properly/applied to wrong surface or applied too thick. I’m super happy with my results 2 years on!

This did not stick to my shower at all it all pulled off and now look like a total mess !! I would not buy this product ever again not sure if it needed to have a primer before this pain for not but even with an accidental scratch it will start peeling off

As the other reviews have mentioned, PREP, PREP, PREP and MORE PREP is extremely important. My wife and I spent many hours removing all the old caulk and then sanding the entire surface. We tested a few small areas, and light sanding didn't cut it... the paint peeled off easily. Once properly sanded and "roughed up" the paint will not peel and is adhered to the surface very well. This paint is thinner than most. Apply very thin coats or it will run. I lost count, but we applied around 10 to 12 coats on the tub and dark colored trim pieces, and 5 or 6 to the surrounding walls. This is a guest bathroom and the tub/shower isn't used very much. Time will tell how well this "budget rebath" will hold up, but so far it seems like it will last long enough to make the time and effort completely worth it.

This paint is great, I liked the bright white semi. There was one problem. It runs, I'm missed it on the first coat. Second coat is really nice. My wife likes the semigloss. So far so good. Remember that it's prep, prep, then prep.Update after 3 days of drying, it looks really good if you not closer than 2 feet. Runs everywhere. Very disappointed ☹️

when you drain the tube and a few drops lay around the drain. they soften up the paint and started to peel. let the tube sit for a week after painting so it was fully dry and this happen . no happy with this product

The can was smaller then expected, I’m sure it told me that I probably misread. However I didn’t end up using and returning was no problem at all.

I just hope it does the job to re-coat an old Febreeze shower stall, but I am confident it will do the job

I really like this product and it worked well. First, I was going from almond to white and also needed to cover bath crayon drawings that wouldn’t come off. As a side note, don’t ever buy bath crayons. The color isn’t a white white. Mine had a little bit of a blue tint to it just FYI. Amazon recommended a foam roller and brush when I checked out and I got both; I found that I needed a brush for some areas bot used the roller mostly. The consistency isn’t like regular paint so once you get over expecting it to behave like regular paint, you’ll know what to expect and get better results. I found that when I put too much on one area, it would drip down and I had to go back over it with the roller. I had to spot-paint to cover up the bath crayon but it blended in well and you couldn’t tell that those sections had more of the paint. I ordered 2 containers because I was doing both the tub and the wall areas. The photos you are seeing are just from the first container. I don’t know how it will hold up over time. Hope this review helps and good luck!

If I could give this product a zero star rating I would. This paint was horrible! This product dried with a lavender shade to it.. not white like it was suppose to be (and yes it was mixed very well before applying) I used a sponge roller to apply this and applied 2 coats with 12 hr dry time in between coats. I left a fan circulating air to help with dry time as well. After second coat was applied I left the box fan on for 24 hrs facing the shower. I let the shower set for 3 days before using it. Within a week the paint began to flake. The pieces began to peel off even larger as time went on.. it clogged the drain up and created a big mess. I allowed more then enough time for dry time. This product was a big purchase mistake. The shower looks horrible now with areas peeled off everywhere. I would like to add that my shower wasn’t in bad shape before. I just wanted to change it to solid color (and this wasn’t even actually white as advertised. It was instead a pale bluish purple tint)My shower looks so bad that it looks like I will have to replace my shower pan and wall unit completely now.
