Arrived with just a shipping label zip tied to the bare handle. No protection and beat up. Probably should have gone to a local store and recieved better quality at 2/3 the price. Poorly painted wood handle with a good metal head.

Diameter is smaller than expected and construction is in no way of commercial grade. This is a cheap wooden handle, painted black and lightly laquered, with a ferrule attached instead of just threaded wood. It is very light; I don't know what kind of hardwood they use, or if it was hardwood at all, but it seems both porous and brittle. Bough this for the workshop, and I don't expect that it will last long.

Bought this as a replacement for a metal handle that broke on a pushbroom. Looks like the price has gone up, as I only paid about $6 and got free shipping using my Prime membership. It has a bit of flex/give to it (which is fine given the price I paid), but should still hold up much better than the paper-thin sheet metal that the original handle was made out of.
