But seriously, this stretch strap is amazing! I became injured roughly two months ago, and ordered this item because so many PT’s on YouTube had recommended such a one. I began using it and noticed an immediate difference in my level of flexibility, which is one of the things I was working on to improve my condition. When I finally made it to an actual PT’s office, they had me use a strap just like this for several of my stretches. This strap really helps you maximize your flexibility in a range that is safe for you. You can work your way all the way up! P.S. I LOVE how vibrant the color is! It makes using it that much more enjoyable :^]
