1st two skulls i ordered had a great shape..3rd one i ordered is wierd and not the same..looks cheapI will not order again.

I'm not a Doctor (or I wouldn't be talking to you little people 😷), but the heft and detail on this are very very good. I do agree with other posters that isn't adult size. I guess late childhood/early teens - I'm only saying that to give you a reference. I'm not a weirdo. Maybe 20% smaller than what I imagined was coming out of the box.The fact remains its a beautiful bit of quality and I can't help but to be looking at it or reenacting Hamlot MUCH to my girlfriends dismay. (still worth it - get one.. )

The seam is too obvious. The cap and the lower part of the scull don't match which looks ugly. It arrived with two front teeth broken off, but it was easy to fix. I like that the jaw can move. Overall not the best quality for it's price.

I collect skulls and I was very impressed with the detail of this replica. It came with a reference sheet that shows the various parts of the skull so this would be perfect for a medical student to use as a reference tool. The jaw is detachable and is connected with a spring and the cranium opens to reveal the inside structures (I store the reference sheet inside so I don't lose it). I love how it looks up on my shelf and it's a lot less money and more ethical compared to buying a real human skull! It would also make the perfect Halloween decoration!
