Had a problem with the primer step. Have reached out 3 different ways (email from their webpage, contact form from their webpage, and messenger to their FB page) with no response from the manufacturer after 5 days. Now I’m stuck at this step and can’t move forward.

Being latex paint, its harder to work with and dries fast... but it does the job. Keep in mind it wiol be pretty challenging to get a seamless perfect touch up like a licensed body shop... they ARE professionals after all with a proper facility, tools, equipment, supplies... and most of all proper training and experience.I urge anyone buying this to not only read the online manual but also poke around YouTube and Google to get a good grasp on DIY touch ups -J

looks apart from original because of hard brush, it needs fine and thick brush with soft brushing as well

Colors do not match my vehicle even though Ive done extensive research on this product and purchased the color paint that matches my vehicle.
