Very disappointed. The pipe running up to the spout is very tiny in circumference. Hence water coming up is very slow and takes forever to fill a tub. I specifically purchased this tap because of the large waterfall spout. I had hoped that with this spout there would be large water flow but not the case. Unfortunately having paid a plumber to install I can't return it as it would cost to much in labour.

I redid my bathroom with a stand alone soaker tub and wanted something that was a little different for the faucet. I loved how it looked so much more in person, pictures did it no justice. I love as the tub fills and the wand is perfect to rinse out leftover bubbles or for cleaning. It was made of very nice material, not cheap plastic!! The only gripe I have is once you use the wand, it takes several minutes of shaking to get to to stop dripping water after it is turned off. Otherwise I love the faucet 💕💕💕💕

Well packaged, arrived quickly , very nice fit and finish, especially in this price range. The supplied 3/8 flex lines are too soft and restrictive. The kink and twist easily. They are very restrictive, takes a very long time to fill the soaker tub.

The only “issue” is how much water comes out of shower head once you turn it off. My plumber warned me to make sure I let it drain before placing it back on stand. This is common to this type of free standing unit and not a malfunction.

I absolutely love the look of it, but water passage for hot water is not clear and water leaks from the lever that operates 🚿....
