Serviette très jolie au motif élégant. Mais je dois dire que son poids m'a surprise ; elle est quand même lourde. Le verso est antidérapant. Bonne absorption de la transpiration. Cette serviette de yoga peut aussi servir de tapis de Yoga mais elle est mince. Donc pour un meilleur confort, il est préférable de la déposer sur un tapis de Yoga. Tissu plus rugueux que ce à quoi je m'attendais mais il demeure assez agréable. Somme toute, au niveau qualité/prix, ça vaut vraiment la peine !

The mat comes packaged in a sealed crinkly plastic bag with no washing instructions on a label and no paper insert with any either. I washed it in cold water and hung it up to dry to be on safe side and with the exception of a couple of dangling threads it came out just fine. The fabric is soft but thin so maybe put a thicker mat or pad under it for cushioning if you need that for your workouts. Given the thinness it's also fairly hefty; the box it shipped in claimed 2.3 pounds for weight and nothing else was in the box.The mat didn't shift or slip thanks to the grippy bits on the bottom of it on different types of flooring, the extra inches in the middle of the long side help for exercises where you spread knees apart. For some exercises when the mat was dry my hands felt a bit slippy on the soft side of the mat but not my feet for some reason; no lotion or oil on hands or feet at the time. I was able to do most physio floor exercises with my entire body on the mat so the large size and flared shape in the middle (think pantiliner with minimal wings) are a benefit for sure. I also tried it with socks with grips on their soles and that worked just as well as bare feet; no slippage in either case for me. Using the mat on top of carpet I heard some static when moving it and got shocked later on as a result when picking it up to roll and put away.Outside of fitness and physiotherapy you could use this mat on the grass to keep yourself dry early morning or for a mini picnic in the park. It doesn't take up much space when rolled up or folded and weighs in at around 2 pounds or so; you could probably even take it to the beach. Keep one in the trunk of your car or beach bag for a drop in fitness class or impromptu picnic for two. For physio depending on the place you go to, some have you do exercises on the carpeted floor and not everyone has their shoes off so having this kind of mat to put down as a barrier between your bare hands, feet etc and the floor is a definite plus (that and finding a different place to go for rehab).The pink mat with blue stitching is pretty; the blue really pops against the pink but it won't hide dirt like a darker colour. It's also available in black and other colours. For 20 bucks (current price) it's a good value if you do floor exercises, physio, or want something to sit on at the beach or park that can be washed easily and hung up to dry overnight so it's ready for the next day; if you can get it on a price drop or other deal, even better.

This thing reminds me of a magic carpet with its aesthetics. It's definitely a niche product; it's heavy (not light) with non slip nubs on the bottom side, but on top its a microfibrous. Now what is strange abit this product is that it's not exceptionally wide, if you plan to put a yoga mat on top, or if you plan to use it as your mat itself. It's also not square shaped, but more like an oval, which means your hands or legs may be off the mat for certain "wide" moves. While the mat doesn't slip, the micro fibre material is a bit slick in my opinion. However, for the price, it's actually really worth it, considering the craftsmanship and quality.

A yoga mat towel that grips your mat and will stay in place no matter how sweaty you get, great for hot yoga or if you doing yoga outside on a very hot day.I appreciate the mat comes in various colors, and the Black and Gold Yoga towel is great for us Men who don't always want to have our towels in pink or blue. I find the towel to be absorbent and fairly fast drying.I tend to do a fair bit of Yoga in the summer, and in the past I would just drop a towel on the ground but it would slide all over the place and get soaked with sweat. Other quick dry micro towels I would try were too small in size, and this one is nice and big. I am a 6 foot 3 guy, and I can easily wrap this towel all around me, and if I lie down on it it also covers most of my body from head to toe.All in all I am happy with this Yoga Mat towel, and will definitely use it when I am using borrowed/rented Yoga mats.

This yoga towel is much better than your average hot yoga towel for a fraction of the price. In comparison to the Gaiam and Lululemon hot yoga towels that I have previously used, this towel is actually non-slip via the stickers on the bottom of the towel and grips very well to your yoga mat. The towel is big enough to cover most standard size yoga mats - I used them on top of my Lululemon mats without issue. The towel is slightly wider in the middle which is helpful for poses like child's pose or anything requiring a wide-legged stance in the portrait orientation of the mat. The microfibre material is also quite absorbent and does not increase the slippage of hands and feet while using the mat which is key in hot yoga.On the flip side, I would not classify this mat as a "lightweight" and "easily portable" mat as advertised in the listing. This mat is much heavier than the Gaiam and Lululemon yoga towels that I have used previously - I would go so far as to say that the mat weights about 2-3lbs when dry in comparison to the Gaiam and Lululemon towels which weight less than 1lbs. I would also be unlikely to use this as a regular sweat wicking towel at the gym as it is quite large, bulky, and heavy. This is unlikely to be a towel that I take regularly out of my house.Overall, this is an excellent yoga towel that features a non-slip underside and provides adequate protection for your yoga mats when performing activities like hot yoga and pilates. It is a fraction of the price of leading brands at $20 and performs well. It is heavier than other yoga towels that I have used so the portability is lower than expected, but that is the trade-off for a more heavy duty yoga towel.Pros:
