I would have given it 5 stars but one claim stated in the Products Specifics says “1-24 hrs/Always On”. I specifically wanted the Always On feature and it does not have that. After selecting the 24 hrs, it goes off. I hate having to remember to check it everyday to be sure it’s on in time for showering. Just fyi.

I had this towel warmer installed for a few months and it makes this high pitch noise when it’s off. It’s very annoying! I’m not sure what do with this now since the holes are already drilled into my tile.

It's too expensive. It doesn't even heat up your towel on high. The dryer makes it warmer then this thing. Disappointing.

This heated towel rack is beyond my expectation and I am very happy with this purchase. It heaps up my towels and keep them dry so I don't have stinky towels anymore. And the design is super fashion and fits perfectly to my bathroom. The installation is straightforward. I recommend to anyone who is looking for some more comfortable to their bathroom.

Cet article est très bien conçu et facile à installer. Il atteint très rapidement sa température. Son panneau de contrôle manque un peu de réactivité. J’espérais éventuellement que cela pourrait également être utilisé comme chauffage d’appoint au intersaison ou mon chauffage domestique fonctionne moins mais ce ne sera pas assez puissant. En revanche pour son utilité première qui est de sécher les serviettes c’est très bon.
