Ordered the 0.5 for a boot that is 0.5 too big. Should have sized up and ordered the 0.5-1 I think. Time will tell on this purchase.

I love these things. I always rip the back of heel padding off when I use them to right-size a too-big fitting shoe. Having said that I'm using them on flat shoes and not on high heels.

I ordered size M and it still seems too small. Not to mention that it is a malleable foam that shrinks even more with use.

I work in the film industry and am often provided with shoes that are just a bit too large. Not wanting to fall, trip, or lose a shoe, using these fillers helps provide additional support and fill out the shoes so I don't fall on my face.
