I ordered this due to my right leg being a bit shorter than my left from an accident I had years back. I will admit I opened it installed it in my shoe and I already feel the difference in my knee leg hip and lower back! I strongly recommend this if you struggle from what I have been for years. I have bought other brands but never lasted more than a few weeks these are more sturdy and much stronger than the others I have used. I will buy these again. So if you need something like this I would get them you will notice the difference as soon as you put them in your shoe but don’t take my word for it get them and try it out for yourself!!

Bought for my mother that one legs is shorter then the other lol. This product workwe great it trimmed easy and helps protect the heel. Wasnt very sticky but it does stay in place. Was the right size for her shoe and a great value for the money.

Very good quality, especially for the price. Comfortable, well made, affordable, and works. Ordered heel lift on advice from my physiotherapist. As I recover, will remove one layer at a time. So simple but so effective.

I bought these to balance out one leg being shorter than the other. The first few days were fine but then the glue between the three piece of the lift basically gave out. Now, as I walk, the three "slices" separate and the top two side forward. I frequently have to stop and readjust them. It's annoying. I'll glue them with something stronger that'll hopefully hold for more than a week.

like title says, fall apart quickly do not fit in shoe nicely. they also shift around inside the shoe making it seem like it is not stable. I am a 9.5 mens and I ordered a medium

Slips into the show easily and can be adjusted. Completely changed my squat and leg press depth. I didn't think I had ankle mobility issues, but I was clearly mistaken.

These have been working fantastic for me. I also like how the company includes a couple extras pieces of 2 sided tape as after a couple of weeks the top piece becomes not as sticky anymore. These take the pressure completely off of my Achilles and I can walk again. Highly recommend!

I purchased the SIIHEA Adjustable Heel Lift Inserts for my size 6.5 women's shoes to address discomfort caused by my heel bone rubbing against the side of my Bean boot rubber mocs. The small inserts fit well in the heels under the insoles that came with the shoes.These inserts stand out for their customization. They come with removable layers, and I removed one layer to achieve the right amount of lift, which solved my heel pain problem. The adhesive tape used to secure the layers together was strong, which is good for durability, but it also made the removing the tape and residue a bit challenging.The inserts are made with cushioning material and a supportive design, which make them comfortable for various activities like standing and walking longer distances.In summary, I am pleased with these inserts. Despite some challenges with the layer removal, these inserts resolved my issue and made my shoes wearable again.
