I asked for a return on this item which i created a return label. I was promised a pickup form home. Twice i received an. notice to pickup and nobody showed up. There is no customer service to complain to but hopefully someone will get back to me this way.The product is ok but doesn’t work with my TV.

Bought this for a senior who is having trouble hearing the television and distinguishing the sound from ambient noises. The product seems well designed and well constructed and works as it should. Set up instructions are clear and easy to follow. All the cables that I would have needed for the various types of connections were in the box.We're using the headphones plugged into the speaker so I set it up with both the transmitter and receiver plugged in instead of using the rechargeable speaker option. That way the speaker can remain in place beside the users usual chair and be easily accessible. Again all cables are provided for this setup.The only negative with systems like this is using the headphones with hearing aids. A light over the ear headset seems to work better than ear buds or the stethoscope style that seems to be used with most systems. This product is more expensive that other options but worth it for us, because of the flexibility it provides. It can accept any type of headphones so we have experimented to find out what works best. You can also skip the head phones all together and just have the speaker beside the user. Even with this option the sound seems clearer than the room filling sound that comes from the television.

スピーカーを買おうと思ったきっかけは、夜中のテレビの音が気になっていたことと、水仕事をしている時にはテレビの音声が聞こえなくなってしまうからでした。この商品を買ってからは、この2点が解消され快適に過ごせています。良かった点は、・セットアップが簡単で、すぐに使えた。（Bluetoothではないので）・日本語での丁寧な説明書がついていて分かりやすかった。・スピーカーだけでなくテレビからも音声を出せるので、テレビの近くにいる人も聞くことができる。（テレビのボリュームを絞ればテレビからは音は出ない。）・持ち運べるので、家の中いろいろな場所で音声を聞くことができる。・ボリューム調整がスピーカーについているので手元でできる。・テレビの画面と音声にずれがないので、違和感なく見ていられる。 私にはピッタリのスピーカーでした。買ってよかったです。

Bought for person hard of hearing. TV difficult to hear, music and back ground noise distorts voices, with this speaker voices are heard well right beside you. No more trying to hear from across the rm and blaring volume.Would again! Great tool.

Excellent sound, lots of volume, easy to set up. I would recommend this. If you turn the TV volume below 4 we had the speaker sometimes go to sleep because it thought there was no signal even though we could hear it fine. Easy fix once we figured it out

If you are hard od hearing , having the sound source next to you is very advantageous . However, the sound quality from this unit is not good !

Mom listens to her tv at max volume. This speaker allows her to listen to the tv, with the speaker beside her chair, and now the rest of the family is no longer bombarded by the noise from her tv. Cant recommend enough, it has spared our sanity and our hearing. Very easy to connect, we just charge it at the end of each night.

Enceinte sans fil pour TV sans Bluetooth de très bonne qualité. Achetée pour personne âgée et ravie de cet achat. Utilisation ultra simple, son clair ( 3 réglages - aigu, équilibré et grave) et puissant si nécessaire (réglage directement sur l'enceinte avec un unique gros bouton en façade). Légère, bonne autonomie, possibilité de brancher un casque dessus (fourni).Toute la connectique est fournie et aussi un 2ème chargeur pour alimenter/recharger directement l'enceinte sans passer par son support (déporté car branché sur la télé).Je recommande ce produit sans hésitation.Je veux aussi signaler que le service clients Simolio est top !Joignable facilement, cordiaux, ils répondent aux messages rapidement et font tout leur possible pour satisfaire leurs clients.J'ai du les contacter une 1ère fois en février 2023 pour un problème de batterie, et ils m'en ont envoyé une très rapidement sans aucune difficulté.Ma 2ème requête ce mois ci car l'enceinte était en panne (selon les informations de ma mère et ne pouvait plus s'en servir). Par prévention et avoir une batterie au cas où, ils m'en ont envoyé une autre tout aussi rapidement que la 1ère fois. Finalement le soucis venait du câble audio entre l'embase et la télévision.En conclusion, Service Clients exemplaire que l'on aimerait retrouver chez tous les vendeurs !!!

[July 2019] I've wrestled with a number of wireless speakers over many years, and this may be the best. It is small, easy to move around, sound quality is very good (optical connection). Setup is easy. I consider the replaceable battery a very big plus and that figures in my good-value-for-the-price rating. As important, it's got better range than perhaps any that I've tried. The TV has not moved in many years but this sound remains strong for another 10 feet or so and can turn a corner (and/or go through the wall). [EDIT: There is NO latency whatever; this has been a major problem with other speakers.] I'm quite grateful that I found this.[EDIT OF May 2024] After close to 5 years of constant daily use, this failed. Actually, I can still use the speaker with an audio cable, and that's a welcome addition to my arsenal for listening on a device that doesn't have much volume of its own. But it has lost its wireless capability. Amazon sent me the second one within about a day and, really, that felt too long for a device that I have come to depend on so much. Honestly, I carry this around everywhere like Linus carries his blanket. I try to impress upon friends who are having some hearing difficulty that just cranking up the volume doesn't always help; bringing the audio closer to your ears helps a great deal because it reduces interference. (This is why headphones are so great. They avoid even the minimal interference of the atmosphere.) There are other solutions for failing hearing, but this is definitely one of my main solutions. However, I also carry this device around just to hear TV news when I'm in a room away from the TV. So it really has two purposes; hence, it plays all day around here.I had a question and a small issue and Simolio e-mailed a response within a day. (The issue appears to have been a false alarm. The question concerned a somewhat confusing message about removing the battery when using the power adapter. That is only necessary for long-term connection to an outlet. No need to remove the battery if you just plug it in for a little while/ long enough to charge said battery. Makes sense, but I'm easily confused I guess.)So far (and it's been a pretty long time), great product and great service.
