I enjoyed the ease of ordering and the quality of the product. My biggest gripe is that they miss engraved one of my items. I went back to my order details to ensure that it wasn't my fault (make sure I typed the right thing) and I DID! But they still left off a letter. AAAANNDD it is an item that cannot make a return...even though it is within 30 days (5 actually). Not sure exactly why but probably because it is a customization required items with shipping restrictions...or third party. I don't know.
