Could not download app for this camera. You have to wait for a code to be sent to your email, but the app itself has a timer on it when trying to register, so by the time the email comes thru, the app ahs timed out. Then you have to start all over again. sent email to company but never got a reply so i sent the camera back to amazon. I don't recommend this item .

**Reliable and Easy-to-Use Home Security Camera**I’ve been using the Bizv Smart Indoor Camera for a while now, and it has been a great addition to my home. The 360° motion detection gives me full coverage of the room, and the 2K video quality is super clear. I love how I can check in on my toddler and even talk to her through the two-way audio. The night vision works perfectly, so I can see everything even in the dark. Setting it up with the phone app was quick and simple. Overall, it’s a great security camera for keeping an eye on my home and family

It does the job but some features I can't use. The camera is tooloud when changing modes, wakes baby.For example if I switch to privacy mode while baby is asleep. It speaks out and baby wakes. Can't make screen bigger without distorting view. And can't switch to wide view on my phone.

We like to check in on our dogs when we go out. This camera works great and has a feature where you can move left, right, up and down allowing you to have a larger vantage point. It allows sound and has a microphone feature. We just used it on my Iphone while we were on vacation to the islands. cI give it a 2 thumbs up!

Camera was easy to setup. It’s lightweight and doesn’t take up much room. Connection to wifi was quick. Picture is clear.

Fairly easy installation. must be plugged in to function so find a place near an outlet. The app has 2 versions, free and subscription. The free version doesn’t record videos for viewing at a later time, only live viewing, but it does take photos if motion detection is turned on. Default volume is quite loud but is adjustable in the app. There is an option for “private mode” where the camera Lense rolls up into the body of the camera. Only a slight lag (few seconds) when watching live. Time setting is a bit difficult to manual set exactly, if your city isn’t available on the suggested time list.

I have had a couple indoor camera for my cats. This one is easy to install, great picture quality, and sound quality. I was able to hear my cat perfectly. Would recommend a buy with this price

The instructions talk about the SIM card and reset button and has pictures including the statement depending on your device. I can not find them.The app asks you to verify your email address to register an account yet of the ten times I asked for a verification code I only received one twice. I entered it within 25 seconds and it told me that the code was old or expired.The device can’t be used without the app and the app won’t let you make an account.

I got this so I can spy on my elderly dog throughout the day and it is great, the resolution is good, she can her me if I talk to her thru the speaker button. The app was easy to set up on my phone. This is really worth the money.

This is a functional indoor camera that works well through the app, allowing you to get a 360 degree view of the room. Whilst it is listed as an indoor camera, the listing images suggest it can also be used outdoors and the build seems solid, but I can't vouch for whether this is advisable.Installation is often the problem with these types of devices, but in this case it recognised my network and installed first go, so no issues there. The Bizv app is required to control the camera, and this is intuitive to use with all the functions you expect.You can install an SD card to save videos, and there is also a cloud subscription option, but out of the box it is fine for real-time monitoring. Overall, it is a good camera that does the job.

Great camera for indoor, I placed in my living facing the main entrance. I definitely feel more safe when I’m not home. My wife is on maternity leave and she’s home almost everyday. Quality is not bad for the price, I can see everything clearly on my phone. The two way call is clear and helpful, I can call out my wife when she’s not picking up her own phone.
