We use these at the office in our HR Department. Absolutely love these files. Excellent sturdy quality. Fasteners are affixed VERY securely. We've never had a problem with these. I also LOVE the color! ;) This one is a win!

They are strong and continuously reuseable. Some that you buy are not. I am more than willing to spend a fair price for a fair product. I have bought other brands in the past and been terribly disappointed. I have had to replace previous brands - but not Smead. These are used for a business and get lots of use.
