This snap tool works as it should. The handle gives good leverage to remove the most stubborn snaps. It's head fits under the snap perfectly and grips just fine. The machining and finish is ok but it costs less than more popular brands.

Positives for me are heavy duty with well made hand grip. This tool is heavy and solid.It has a more solid feel than the pressed metal kind.It works well with my canvas and snaps, but I would struggle if I needed a deeper reach.Negatives for me are although the tool is effective and very solid, the machining looks a little crude.I'm cannot be positive but the metal does not look to be stainless steel and it looks to be sprayed with a clear coat of some kind.
