Looks like OEM Quality. Easy to install took about 45 minutes. Ensure to use blue Locktite if reuseing original nuts and Bolts. Will update when we get some snow to try them out.

I bought these and was worried about the fit based on other reviews. Yes holes in belting a bit larger than elongated stock ones. It doesn't make any difference on install, and isn't loose before tightening bolts even so in reality it was necessary. No trimming of paddles needed either. The new belting fits like it should and damn near grazes or slightly grazes the lower housing, you want this as it will make it work like new again. My old belts were so worn there was way over a 1/4" gap. I'll update on longevity once the season is over.

My Honda 621 had not been throwing the snow as far and had been clogging up more than normal. I didn't realize just how badly worn the paddles and scrapper were. I replaced them both and was able to clean up the old nuts and bolts to reuse. I couldn't find new nuts and bolts as they are a special size and I didn't want to pay Honda prices.I just tried my snow blower again on wet slushy snow and it worked fine with no clogging. I did mine on a nice day this fall. I would not want to do this outside in the winter as it takes some time and would be difficult to do with gloves on. The rubber is the exact same thickness as the original with the same reinforcement fiber belt inside.

I had no real issue with the installing of this product back on to my existing snow blower. I'm very pleased with the way my snow blower works now.
