I like the wide foam part to help remove a lot of snow. Great feature. Unfortunately the telescopic part broke in one season. So you can still pull with it, but not push as it collapses. Dis-appointed considering the cost. Snow brushes go on sale for 10 bucks locally so I really was hoping this would last. Would not buy again.

I loved the easy assembly. It worked great on my vehicle. I live in Alaska and see a lot of snow. No scratching on paint and was light wt.

This device makes clearing the snow off my entire truck a much, much easier and faster process. Now I can get the snow off the roof of the cab with barely any effort or clambering awkwardly on the truck to reach. Can't believe I was using a snow brush for all those years. Well worth the $28, has paid for itself many times over in saved time if you want to look at it that way.

Before I shovel the driveway after each snowfall I like to clean off our cars first. With working from home and not moving the cars as often anymore, I don't like having a lot of snow and moisture sitting on the car for extended periods. This Snow Joe broom is AWESOME for going around the vehicles and quickly pulling all the snow off of them. It's the speed of a shovel, but for your car.I keep ours in our garage with the shovels, so my only complaint would be that it might be a bit big and awkward to store in your car without unscrewing the head and clipping it onto the handle each time you're finished using it. I also find that it might be a bit trickier to get snow off of curvey parts given the larger size of the head (I have a sporty car, which has lots of angles and shapes), but since I just use it to rapidly clear the bulk of the snow and am not driving after I use it, then the little bits that remain aren't an issue. If I was using it before I drove, then I'd probably grab my traditional brush to finish off the grills, bumpers and mirrors to ensure I'm not operating a vehicle unsafe with snow flying off it.

Taking this item out of box I was so excited to get to try it.I’ve read that foam is far superior to brushes to minimize scratches and marring to the paint surface.I spun the telescopic arm to extend the brush to see how long it would go. A reasonable amount i thought and put it back to its shortest length. The item is so poorly made inside where the notches connect with each other between the inner tube and outside tube. The item no longer would lock.If this happened out of the box, I am so worried what others would experience with even a few uses.Again was super excited about using this item and everything about it totally makes sense! However I got unlucky I suppose?

With the snow Joe it took 5 minutes to remove 6 inch of snow off my vehicle. The head kept coming loose as I was pushing the snow off. I finally tape it in place. 5 minutes to remove all that snow at the end of my hospital shift is wonderful. I used my snow brush for the small areas.

This is an excellent product. It cleans off snow very quickly, on hard to reach surfaces, life roofs and high hoods. The lights are a bonus. The Snow Joe extends easily. And it’s easy to store.

I ordered one of these snow-broom / ice scrapers right before we got hit with several Upstate NY snowstorms..I waited for the snow and ice to pile up and freeze on top of my Honda Element, then gave this thing a whirl..Not only did the snow-broom clear some heavy compacted snow, the scraper chopped through ice I figured would have cracked the plastic. Wow, Impressive! I owned/operated detail and custom auto shops, so I've used a lot of different brooms, scrapers, squeegees, etc. in the past, but IMO, this one has just become my new personal favorite. The collapsible / extendable handle worked great, and even w/ the heavy snow, it didn't slip one bit..Then on top of that, the flashing LED lights are an added plus.. Just in case someone might need to guide in and help land a plane or heli. =D The lights all worked well, and you never know when they'll come in handy.Overall, I'd say they're worth it for sure, and I'll highly recommend them![Update - 8.7.2020]While doing some new reviews, I figured I'd revisit this one..The Snow-Joe broom/scraper not only made it through winter two years ago, it survived winter last year also.Again, here in NY, if/when we get hit [snow and/or ice] we get hit hard, and last year, I feel like I had to deal with more ice than snow.. Snow removal was a breeze.. Ice - not so much. I snapped a few small hand-held scrapers when I didn't have the Snow Joe around.. WITH the Snow Joe, I could always get the ice broken up and scraped off. Spare licence plates work too in a pinch, but, I probably shouldn't recommend that.. hahaDuring the warmer months, I've been using the Snow Joe to push airgun pellets into a pileafter they hit and fall from my indoor back-stop/target.. It works like a charm for that too.No ripping No tearing No chipping. The ONLY issue that I had was when the head wouldn't tighten onto the handle..That's usually caused when the threaded fitting that's pressed into the end of the handle becomes unsecured..Sure enough, none of the threads were stripped, that little fitting was just spinning..Quick fix.. Thread the head onto the handle, rock and pull until' the insert comes out..Add a bit of 2-part epoxy, CA-glue, Super-glue, etc. to the end of the insert and push it back into the handle..I did that, gave it 24 hours to cure, and ever since, I've been able to crank the two parts together even tighter than before. No loosening up / spinning / tilting.Still a 5-Star!Sam -
