So far it's working great, and it better quality than others we have purchased. We originally bought one because our youngest was struggling to reach to pump the regular soap pump. This makes washing his hands so much easier (so also ensures hes actually using soap!)It's easy to use (we use about 25% liquid soap and 75% water) and works great. The charge seems to last a long time. So far we've only had to charge it once since we bought it, and it's in our main floor bathroom where it gets used everyday, multiple times a day. It's way better than previous ones where we had to replace batteries.My recommendation (from having other dispensers) would be the following:1. When making your own solution (if you aren't already using a pre-made solution) put in the liquid soap first. Then run some warm water and put in and equal part water to soap ratio, and swirl it around to get the soap and water to mix together. Then add a bit more water and swirl again, then top up with the remaining water. Some liquid soaps are harder to mix than others so you want to be sure it's mixed well before you start using it.2. Between each soap refill (or at least after a couple refills), put plain, warm water in the bottle and run it with plain warm water to clean out the inside. This will make it last longer and keep your pump from wearing out (which happend to us on a previous model). This is in the instructions...and I would follow that!We are happy with our purchase!

Love how clean and easy this makes getting soap for the little one. Sometimes I have to power it on again if haven’t used in a few days. Simply mix water with regular soap to create foam. 4-1 ratio

Works fine with any brand of foaming soap. Nice contemporary styling with easy to understand color coded operating lights. I have two of these in black and white and they work well.The only annoying thing is the gimmick two sensors for soap amounts. Neither is quite enough so I am going back 2-3 times for another dose. I would rather have one sensor and the ability to adjust the amount with 3 or 4 settings to choose from.

Excellent soap dispenser. It’s been in use at the kitchen sink for almost 3 months and I have yet to recharge it. The style is sleek and modern and you can see how much soap is left through the glass bottom. There are 2 dispense amount options; closer to the nozzle gives a small amount and a larger amount farther away. Note that there is no charge block included, only a cable.

We have been using this dispenser daily in our kitchen for a while now. Easy to use and refill. We cover the soap chamber with a hand and mix back and forth before inserting in the pump. Always use dish soap so we can quickly wash hands or a dish. Charges easily and lasts a long time. Great value!

Really like this so far- holds a charge for a couple weeks. Dispenses well. Perfect for kids.*Update*I really loved this and when it works, it's fantastic, but it often doesn't work. Usually, it works once, flashed green and blue and then stops works and you have to turn the whole thing on again to get anything out (defeating the purpose of it being touch-free). I've read that the blue/green flash can mean that it's clogged but I've emptied/rinsed/diluted soap and it works again once or twice, then does the same blue/green flash. I even tried the weird plug it in/press power button quickly that I saw on another review as a fix and it did absolutely nothing.So disappointed.

Finally a classy soap dispenser that matches my decor. I love it is not plastic and you can have as much or as little soap dispensed and not difficult to set. This was, I think the 4th one I bought, and finally got a winner. Some soap dispensers were leaking, or too big for the space. This one is perfect, no leaking, good size to hold enough soap, yet not too big, it fit nicely on my sink.

I loved my first one for bathroom so much, I got another for my kitchen. It’s a great way to reduce overall soap usage by more then 50%. Not only can we control how much the kids dispense each time, I dilute regular gel soap to get foam soap for this. It gets used multiple times a day and can go at least 2-3 months between each charge.
