A little hard to install. Make sure you mark the bottom of the drawer face BEFORE you remove the drawer itself.

Delivered as promised. Unit is provided with countersink screws but advertised as pan head. This results in movement of the unit when tightening. I used my own #8 3/4" pan heads. The screw installation slots are horizontal. Soft-close feature is OK...Engages only right at the end of travel. I was going to return them but decided that I would persevere. I have purchased other units in the past (Aoleshing, I think) that work better. I suggest you consider these issues prior to purchasing.

Great quality.absolutely no complaints otger than no instructions in the box...it is easy to install with some common sense,but what does it cost to just put a little paper with basic instructions?works really nice..impossible to slam the drawer nice smooth operation.will be buying more to replace my older ones

i used this to replace the drawer slides for my kitchen garbage and recycling pull out (2x 13 gal size). They are heavier and stronger than what came with the house which only lasted 3 years. These soft close and pull out smoothly. they couldnt be better.

I purchased 12 of these and 2 out of 12 were defective. Customer service strung me along until I could no longer return. Then they stopped responding ro my emails.

Bought these to replace slides for trash pull out. These are much more well built than the ones I had. Heavy duty and the soft close function works great. Just what I was looking for!

How the hell are you supposed to install this?!? No instructions. No pictures on the box. No guidance whatsoever. Can’t tell which side is supposed to connect yo the drawer and which side is supposed to connect the unit. Doesn’t say if these are for bottom mount or side mount. Very unhappy. Will be returning to seller

I simply ordered the wrong "type" of glide. These are not for undermounted shelf, which is what I needed. But they were good otherwise.

I frequently find the drawer front protruding 3/4” from the front of its cabinet and have to push it the rest of the way in manually to re-engage the slides. They then work fine for 3 or 4 cycles until they again leave the drawer front protruding 3/4” from the front of the cabinet.
