The package arrived exactly like what was pictured. The clips were easy to install on the cover and the straps were easy to attach to our crank. Packaged arrived on time and intact but there were no instructions. I managed to figure it out without too much trouble. We have a round pool so our roller is placed in the middle of the pool which is different than most of the instructional videos. Luckily I was able to attach the clips to the reinforced middle seam of the cover. Tried it out last night and rolls much easier with 8 straps rather than the 2 out of 3 (one was broken) that I had. Waiting to see how well the velcro hold but so far I am happy with the purchase.

Dimensions were off and there were two different shades of color in the sections that were joined. The kit had no instructions with it. I had to look them up on line.
