I have been struggling with metatarsalgia for a while now. I've tried many different insoles, even others that were marketed for metatarsalgia but these are the first ones to help eliminate the pain. They have the "button" in the right spot to properly support my foot bones. Great product. worth the price. Fits in any shoe

Way too thick for my blundstones, caused my foot to go numb on top, I switched to the thin SOLEs and I like them much better.Good quality supportive insole, just mind the thickness you need!!!! True to size as well.

They really make your feet feel great and very supportive. A bit pricey but well worth it.

I tried them for a couple hours right out of the box and they felt abit like my other ones so i heated them as described on the box and boy am i amazed. They feel amazing. We shall see how they hold up as i wear work boots 14-16 hrs per day every day as a mineral prospector and firewood services. If they hold up i will buy again when i get new boots again.

I have like a flat foot and some foot problems occasionally. I bought this to replace the soles on my Nike Air Vapormax plus soles which have gotten worn outThis sole doesn't feel incredibly comfortable - I think I prefer the original soles over this in terms of comfort, but something about this sole makes my feet less sore after walking for a while so its working as intended.Other than price, not much I can complain about itIt's hella pricey but it works

These insoles are a good support for your feet by keeping a good balance while you walk. They will fit in most of my shoes.

Although they were okay at first, they started squeaking loudly. I tried cleaning the shoes and insoles, but it didn't help. I haven't used them much, so I suspect the material naturally begins to squeak as it ages. October 5, 2024 Update: Another one has formed a bulge in the center, so it feels like there is a pebble under my shoe. I am downgrading my rating from 2 Star to 1 Star. It's February 4, 2025, and I have thrown away all of them. A few days ago, I was standing on one foot for a minute. The bottom of my foot is still a little bruised and painful.

I had custom orthotics years ago, and wanted to get some updated ones. It appears the company I got mine from is no longer around, so I thought I'd give these a shot since they were so much less expensive anyway. It took a few days for them to feel right even after doing the oven routine, and now they are a perfect fit and are really very comfortable giving support just where I need it! I do wish they had a slight touch more cushioning, but all on all I am really very happy with these!

These insoles are designed for support, not cushion - if that's what you're going for, I recommend these quality insoles. I really like the support they provide, though do wish there was more cushion in the metatarsal and toe region. I also wish the met pad was a little larger but it's decent. I barely feel it at all in my hiking boots, but do feel it more in my running shoes. I have a size 8.5 women's shoes and these fit well.
