I think these are great for over the counter orthotics.In my experience, they are easy to insert into the shoe/boot of your choosing. My feet feel much better after extended standing or needing wear boots for extended periods.I’m a bit heavier than I should be so they don’t last overly long, but that’s my issue and I’m working on that.Again, these are great.

Incredible inserts for those with very low arches. I’ve always struggled with walking for long periods of time and would always get shooting pains in my feet around the 2-3 hour mark. With these in my hiking boots, I was able to hike for 10 hours without any pain!!!!!! These-are life changing for me.

I wear a size 12 so I do not have to trim these insoles. They help alot with my arch support and ankle pain.I use them in my work boots.

Really like these insoles. I've tried most of the recommended insoles for ski boots but these are easily my favourite. Thick so they take up some space in my boot and add some needed insulation and cushion because of the cork construction. You can bake them in the oven following the directions and heat mold them to your feet inside your boots.By far the be best semi-custom insole I've ever tried.

For many years, I relied on the Insoles from Ed Viesturs. I don't know what happened to his business, but a very similar product started showing up in my searches. These are made with bamboo and seemed a tiny bit stiffer than the versions from EV. But I'm still pleased with the performance of this product from SOLES. It provides just as much support, and it seems these last a little longer than the EVs.

I’ve used Sole inserts for many years. I have flat feet and have had some very expensive orthotics but these have proven to be a good alternative for me. They extend the full footbed so they don’t slop around. I’ve used them in work boots, runners, moccasins and winter boots. The place I used to get them stopped carrying them so it was nice to be able to buy a pair during the black whatever sale. Came very quickly.

These were purchased to replace insoles in a pair of workboots. The support and fit are about average...not terrible, definitely not great. I feel they are worth about half of the price I paid and I would look for a different brand for my next purchase.
