Solperk products have been the most reliable solar chargers, and charge controllers I have used. I have multiple solar chargers in my camper and boat in use year round. When charge controllers from other brands fail you may not even know it without testing with a multimeter... reliability is critical when the cost of 31 group AGM is on the line

This controller works great. I have it between a 100 watt flex panel on the roof of a Polaris Ranger that charges a very large extra battery that’s used to power a 3,000 watt inverter. It’s used to power large power tools out in the pasture and places where there is no power. This small very inexpensive controller has been keeping the battery at 13.9 volts down to 12.5 volts when I have heavy use. Just like auto alternator keeps your battery at around 14.2 volts when running. If someone thinks the power out is not good, that’s because it’s usually not. Power off a good battery that can handle the load and all is well. Panels produce at different rates with different conditions also. Those are not the controller’s responsibility or fault. I really am impressed with this controller. It works fantastically and I will be buying more. Very good product!!!!!

No obvious way to contact manufacturer directly, so I will lay it out the problem here. This charge controller overcharged my 12 volt snowmobile battery to 17 volts, now this $220 battery will have to be replaced. Also took a voltage reading after installing it on a large 950CCA 12 volt car battery and noticed after an hour it was already up to 15.75 Volts. This is not normal, the controller should never allow more than 14.5 Volts on any Battery or you risk damaging it. I am not sure if it was always like this since purchased in Aug,2024 or something failed recently. Nonetheless I am looking for answers. I am using it with a 100W solar panel.

Simply works. Good value. Good weather seal. This relieved a more expensive but vulnerable unit of winter duty on a remote 10 watt charger. That system was set up with SAE connections back when, and this was a perfect plug and play swap. Monitor LEDs provide confirmation that the system is live.

Product did not work properly. It would work fine till night then the load would be switched out when I would check it in the morning. The battery would charge but the only way to restore power to the load was to disconnect and reconnect the battery.I like the form factor and the connectors but it has to work or none of that matters.

Better than the original unit that came with the panel. Only complaint is the cord remains short so if you have a Class A that requires some distance between the panel and the battery, this presents some challenges. Would be more secure and protected if I could mount the controller inside the engine compartment but the wire length prevents this.otherwise, the controller works as advertised.
