This is my second pair; I wore the first ones out doing horse chores. Nice and toasty, but large enough to palm a hand warmer if needed. Also soft and flexible as opposed to some other gloves that make it hard to bend your fingers or pick things up.

I bought these to use as work gloves - mucking out, feeding, chores, splitting wood, etc. Once I put them on, they are waaaaaay too nice to wear as work gloves! The leather is soft and supple, but seems like it will wear well regardless of purpose. I wear a size 8 in these gloves (my palm circumference is 7.5") and they fit like... well, a glove! They are nice and warm (warm enough to wear on a sixteen degree morning) and the fit is great for a woman's hand. I have had problems finding work gloves that actually fit in the past, but these are so much nicer than trying to wear a man's work glove. The finger length and width are much more appropriate and the thumb length/width, while not perfect, is close enough to not tear the glove or cause blisters. I give these gloves a four as a work glove (they're just too nice!), but a five as a wear-to-work/church glove. I'm looking forward to finding these in an unlined version for the rest of the year!

I’ve had these gloves before this pair, and they are the warmest and the leather is buttery soft. They last forever!

Perfect for winter. I don't use these when I ride, but I wear them in the winter. I go to school up in the mountians and these are great. They would also be great for riding because they have a great grip.

These are my all time favorite winter gloves - not just for riding and barn work, but for every day use too. Super warm, soft leather, grippy, etc. Not too bulky, so you can leave them on while buckling bridles and girths, etc. I'm on my third pair, love them!
