Nice and long when trying to manipulate the logs in our solostove. Screws can loosen over time even with a bit of loctite on the threads as the heat can melt it off since the solostove gets so hot. Otherwise works as intended.

Used on every camping trip. Only issue is you gotta have a star screwdriver around to put the three pieces together, and make sure you don't lose those screws! But once together it's as solid as it needs to be, pushing/pulling 50 pound giant logs in the firepit and doing its job with zero worry. It was so sturdy I got in the habit of stabbing it into the ground instead of leaning it up against anything. Just be careful with the screws and it's a perfect camping accessory.

This item is too long and very heavy. While I appreciate the quality of the tool, it is not easy to use at all. I feel like this is built for someone 7 ft tall and has all the strength of a bodybuilder's thighs, built into their wrist, lol. I was also disappointed in the poker itself, it is too flat, does not 'poke' well at all. Overall, its simply not ergonomic or practical. My husband hates to return things otherwise I would have sent this back, so now I use this as a rod to hang wet clothes. I dropped 1 star because of the weight and poker but truthfully, this thing is built solid, seems like it will last years to come...next time I will choose a shorter rod.

I love this poker!! I bought for my husband for our camping trips and he loved it. It is a great length, easy ro put together and nice and sturdy! I definitely recommend!

The Good:- Heavy duty- LongThe Not So Good:- Heavy- Screws loosen themselvesThis fire poker is a lot heavier than I expected which means that it is a lot harder to maneuver. I use this for my outdoor fire pit and it is nicer in some ways than just using a regular stick especially with the hook and the fact that it does not get shorter with every use. My hands are fairly big and the handle is still a little awkward for me to grasp. I would suggest picking up some thread lock when purchasing this item as the screws that hold the three pieces together do tend to loosen with use as I almost lost a screw in the dark one time.Thanks for reading!
