I ordered a mat with a custom image. There was a minor manufacturing effect on the mat I received, and they immediately offered a replacement when I brought it to their attention. The replacement looks great!The only down side is the long shipping time from overseas but they provided full tracking information.

Pictures advertise you get a travel sleeve with the mat, and the mat arrived today and there was no mat sleeve. The mat is of ok quality.
