It has a great feature set, but I haven't been able to figure out why it isn't working consistently. Sometimes the forward and back buttons work, other times they don't respond at all and I have to give up using it. I'm still troubleshooting what might be the root cause of the poor performance with not much luck. I really want to like this more and rely on it more but until I figure it out, I cannot give more than three stars. Maybe I have a faulty unit.

Easy clicker for delivering presentations. The laser pointer is a nice feature. Only downside is the USB dongle piece is hard to remove from the clicker. Would recommend this product.

I liked the feel of the remote, it seemed solid and quality made, right up until I tried to use it! I bought this for use in a church where it would be used approx 60 ft from the computer in a totally open room with no impediment to the computer.It would operate as it should if kept within 15 feet only! Very unhappy--please don't lie in your product description.

The laser beam energy is totally absorbed by the TV screen surface, hence as a PowerPoint pointer, it is useless
